Applying Halox S Lotion helps manage psoriasis symptoms like itching, pain, redness, swelling or irritation. It moisturizes the skin and makes it soft and smooth. Salicylic Acid is a keratolytic medicine which breaks down keratin clumps, removes dead skin cells and softens the skin. It also enhances the absorption of Halobetasol into the skin.
