This is a combination medication with dapoxetine and sildenafil as its active ingredients. The medication is to be taken on an as-needed basis, one to three hours before sexual activity. It is not recommended for daily use. It is essential to keep all doctor appointments to track progress. Contraindications of P Force Super Tab
You are allergic to dapoxetine, sildenafil, or any other ingredient used in the product.
You are on soluble guanylate cyclase (SGC) stimulators (e.g. Riociguat). It can cause a reduction in blood pressure (hypotension) when used concomitantly.

How Does It Work?
P Force Super Tab aids sexual stimulation and allows increased blood flow to the penis, enabling a man to get and keep an erection. Sildenafil acts by blocking the appropriate enzyme and thereby regulates blood flow in the penis. Dapoxetine works by acting on the neurotransmitters in the brain.

Directions for Use of P Force Super Tab

P Force Super Tab should be taken orally as per the doctor’s instructions.
Swallow the tablet whole without chewing.
It can be taken either with or without food.
It should be taken only once a day and at least 30 minutes before sexual activity for maximum effectiveness.

Interactions of P Force Super Tab

Interactions with other medicines
P force Super Tab when used with nitrates (medications used to treat chest pain/angina ), might cause a drop in your blood pressure which could be severe and lead to dizziness, fainting, and rarely heart attack or stroke.
Alpha-blocker medication (such as doxazosin tamsulosin) to treat an enlarged prostate (BPH) or high blood pressure can cause adverse reactions.
Interactions with food items
Grapefruit juice is not recommended when taking the P Force Super tab, as a chemical in the grapefruit juice may increase the amount of the medication (dapoxetine) in your bloodstream, increasing the risk of side effects. Refrain from using the medicine for at least 24 hours after consuming grapefruit juice.

Storage and disposal of P Force Super Tab

P Force Super Tab should be stored in a box and kept at room temperature. Keep P Force Super away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep the medication out of children and pets reach. The medicine should be disposed of properly along with the biomedical waste. Discard this product appropriately when expired or no longer needed.

Dosage of P Force Super Tab

Overdose
Overdose symptoms include severe dizziness, fainting, painful/prolonged erection. In case of a suspected overdose or occurrence of severe symptoms, contact your doctor immediately.
Missed a Dose
This medication is on an as-needed basis. So, it is unlikely that there will be any chance of missing a dose.
